Wings West Filed for CH 11 Bankruptcy protection back on 02/13/04... As of 01/11/05 The case was still open and their plan for reorganization has not been approved. However, judging from the statement on the website, it sounds as though someone bought them out of Bankruptcy for probably pennies on the dollar and will be re-opening the business once the Plan for Reorganization, and possible purchase??? Is approved by the Courts... I pulled this off of Dun and Bradstreet... What this mean, is that if your card has been charged for your purchase, you need to call your CC company and dispute the charge so that it is reversed. Besides, your card should not have been charged anything until the Fascia was shipped. Frank
